At Shenington and Whilton you don't need a licence, not sure about Rissi but I don't think so. You may need one for Kim, or also to be entered, not sure. You might be able to test/race long circuit at Darley Moor as a novice but all the others are National A as you know. For long circuit you will need a leather suit and a rear light, and all wheels pegged
