If you don't get a sensible answer then you have every right to complain on here, you are the customers and without you JAG and Rotax will be all the poorer.

But don't forget it's not just Rotax who have a clutch most classes do so that makes it an ABkC and MSA problem as well, how about emailing or calling them all?
