On TK easy...although really depends on how wet it is...
Spacers on top to raise height, bottom arrow on caster adj backwards and top arrow forward, front bar upright, wide OTK front hubs if poss or just use all spacers on inside stub axle, try to get rear track as legally narrow as poss. TK is more flexible than others and so should grip better. Generally speaking TK has a larger competitive set up window than others ie, its quick out the the box whereas with most other makes it takes longer to dial the kart in. Just my opinion of course.
