why would I want to restrict the current engine - answer is I don't.

But my suggestion that I did send to tal-ko (amongst others) was to use a stepped weight and restrictor level to allow a greater range of drivers to compete competivly

I myself have lost 10 kg's in the last 6 months to get back down to the stage where I now need to add a tiny bit of lead to be sure when I get to the scales.

Surely you would sacrific 2/3 tenths a lap on untimate pace to regulary have a grid of 15-20+ karts at most circuits rather than the spots of good grids and splatterings on 6/7's

Have a top weight of say 155kg's with no restrictor and then work down in 5 kg stages to 140kg - that should give a wide enough range to accomodate the majority from short and skinny to taller drivers or those who just eat too many maccy d's.

keep our current tyres - nothing wrong with them
