I think but maybe corrected that a car charger will be too much for that battery. Use an optimate 4 if your budget stretches or a rotax charger as you can pick them up cheap off ebay. Stick with standard jet settings from memory 1/2 turn low 11/2 high - check as if i'm wrong you will need to run engine in a second time. Use good quality saynthetic oil. 1 hour should be fine building upto max revs. Use sprocket ratios if your lads fresh to the sport.
