Make that 4 choices: There is also Easykart.

Cheaper than a rotax both to buy and run, just as quick and a very friendly atmosphere with a good mixture of top level drivers and many who have started with almost no karting experience.
You do need to be prepared to travel however as the championship races at circuits across the country.

Take some time before you decide which class to race in - All 4 mentioned above have their merits - but one is likely to suit your personal circumstances far better than the others.
