If we are looking at new tyres for the Rotax classes shouldn't an RFP (request for proposal) go out to all manufacturers?

They can then submit a proposal for what tyres they could provide, at what guaranteed price structure into the UK and provide say 10 sets of wets and drys to the MSA for testing. A panel can then decide on what balance of price, performance, consistency, durability and integration with the rest of the world makes sense for UK Rotax.
