just wondering how often i should be changing the wheel bearings and axel bearings for my lads cadet kart?

also what is the chance of running a w60 engine for too many hours before a rebuild is needed? what i mean is that, is there a danger of me damaging his engine by letting it go too long in between builds.
i know people say conflicting things like it should be rebuilt every 15 - 20 hrs of use,and others saying they only do it every 6 months.
mine has done 35hrs since his last build and is showing no signs of lacking in pace?
its amazing how quickly he has clocked up the time.
