but when you buy something from any retailer, if you bought a faulty item you wouldnt expect them to turn around and say "you will have to contact the supplier!" its down to them to do that on your behalf. fks have sold the tyres on to their customers AND made a profit in the process.

i agree they wernt to know that they have sold on was a faulty set of tyres, but it is there responsability to try and reslove the problem.
