My miserable experience with the Leopard ignition (same as Blue) would lead me to advise the following: 1 Remove the stator cover on the left hand side of the engine and check that the rotor is in place and secure. The nut can come loose/off and it isn't unknown for the rotor to come loose and even break the crank nose off. 2 Despite having a spark with the plug resting on the head don't assume that you have a spark when the plug is in the engine and under compression. I recently discovered a faulty coil that would spark on the head but not the engine. A back to back test with a known good part is the test. 3 If the only part you haven't changed is still the starter box I would look at that as the most likely cause. Again, a back to back test with a known good one is the test.
Good luck!
