King pins have lasted all season on my kosmic. so there up to the job no probs.

wouldnt the problem be solve by just having a pedel like the Zip storm/Wildkart pedels where they can be done up tight between the two slippy washers? then there is no sideways force. its just a pivot point again.

I wonder if these karts were using the standard otk pads or some of the pattern ones. as the difference in force to stop on a decent otk pad, and some of the rock hard stuff is massive! with the standard pads there is hardly any pressure put into the braking.
