Wow, this is shocking... a brake pedal bolt stretching and snapping ? That's unbelievable. Has anyone figured out exactly what type of steel these are made from ? As QOT says, there's just no way a high speed steel bolt should snap under the load placed by your left foot on the brakes. They're rated to accomodate a force far greater than that. What about the 'OTK' bolts in other critical locations on their karts... for example the kingpins ?
