Has the motor seized ?

If you remove the head and barrel and look carefully at the cylinder wall you will see some aluminium residue from the piston on the wall and/or scratches. The rings may also be bonded to the piston meaning they're not expanding and sealing - hence low/no compression. The piston would also have scoring/discolouration.

Again, with the head and barrel off, check to see whether the rings are carbonated so badly that they also don't expand into the cylinder properly.

A couple of pointers to get you started... come back on those and we'll give you more.
