so once your software is calibrated for an engine/carb combination you make other input changes other than air temp, pressure and RH?

i will admit that the formula I posted (based on Poiseuille's Law) isn't perfectly fitted to a rotax max and is fairly "general".

40,000 lines of code seems quite excessive to me.

are you modelling the actual fluid dynamics or looking up empircial data?

as someone who works with cfd on a day to day basis you dont have to tell me that fluid dyanmics can be complicated.
