Paul and detective... have you ever met John? The way you speak shows that you haven't!
His knowledge of carbs/engines is probably second only to carb/engine builders. So to say that by using his jetting software is like having blind faith is a little bit like saying that walking on the moon is crap when you've never even flown in your life!

You might have noticed that the advice is always to test and adjust the software to your particular engine/carb combination and only afterwards to employ "blind faith".

Next time you're in his presence, buy 4 cans of Stella, some rol-ups and a bottle of fine wine for equally fine Mrs Savage and pay attention to his words! They're rare but precious!
