Very little difference, but it's all about (as ever) testing - start rich and come down recording Pressure/Temp/Humidity as you go with the mainjet and then sort your needle with driver feedback and you have YOUR baseline for YOUR particular engine/exhaust/carb combination at the air density on that day.
