Scrutineers are not 'officially' there except on race days but of course there MAY be one there, 'karting' for themselves.

However, some circuits (e.g. Kimbolton) arrange for Scrutineering to occur on the Saturday Evening (as well) before the race on Sunday. That takes HUGE amounts of pressure off THEM on a busy Sunday. Check if your track organises that, too.
