Chad has explained this test before on this forum, and it seems to me to be an easy and inarguable way of testing for excessive clutch slip. I cant understand why (if clutch tampering must be stamped out) it isn't already used, although the precise rpm figure used may need to be determined first.
The rear wheels are prevented from turning, the throttle floored, and if the rev counter goes above the set figure...d/q!
