There has been talk in the paddock about the front of the Storm acting as a ramp when facing backwards. I have seen a numbers of flips and all have involved the Storm (They are in the majority so maybe that is no surprise).
I remember having to modify a Zip blade when the flat front rule came in because the old round nose was banned. I was amazed that Zip was able to bring in this nose and remain so.
Modifying a storm to carry a flat nose is very simple and I believe would save injuries. Unfortunately its not your kart that causes the problem so changing your kids nose wont help them.
