After 4 hours, I've finally succeded in changing a set of tyres for the first time. I'm definitely not doing that again without any tyre tongs...

My problem is that although I've finally got the tyre over the beads on both sides at last, when I inflate them, they don't always 'pop out' to the beads.

The fronts are fine, it's just the 2 rears both have a small section on one side that won't go out to the bead.

The tyres are the right size for the rims, I've lubed up the rims to make it easier, and i've tried pumping the tyres up as high as i dare go (~50-60 PSI!!)

Any tips?
