John - last comment - agree with your last comment totally. Even if they don't get excluded the fact that they will get picked up and embarrassed, may be enough to put them off.
I went to S1 believeing that the clutch abuse that featured so heavily last year was a thing of the past with the intro of the new clutch. My shock was that this was simply not the case!
I stand by my original comments though. I was and am still shocked with the amount of people slipping their clutches. You are assuming I mean in all classes when I don't. You also mentioned that anyone else reading my mail would have thought the same as you? I disagree. I think that is your assumption once again. Were you there John? I may be wrong but I just get the feeling that you weren't - if I am wrong I appologise. If you had heard the amount of clutches slipping then you may be of a different opinion. The fact that you responded to my original mail commenting "Sour grapes?" just made me take a deep breath as you were completely and utterly missing the point.
Having said all this, I know that we are agreed that in the interests of fair play and honesty, it needs to be sorted. Of course, in most cases it is not the drivers - but the people that surround them that overstep the mark.
