Shanny has a couple of good points about the size etc and I wouldn't buy them myself,however, when i was at college doing my M/c mechanics we were told to "move the honer up and down in the bore to ensure you get cross hatching on the barrell" anybody else got any views on how honing should be carried out? Not trying to say Shanny is wrong in any way ,just interested in which method people use.
