i got the tonykart seat manual

and for my height 168cm 12/1/2 stone ,it said 60.5cm brake side and 60cm my side and 230cm from axle to top of seat,
but i went 220cm and the bottom of the seat to the axle and i kept the bottom of the seat flush with the chassis,but it seems very high when sitting in the kart, i was thinking of keeping the seat in the 60.5cm and 60cm and moving it back to 200cm from axle because last time out i had no front end,followed by a snap on oversteer,

but if i move the seat back from 220cm would i gain grip or loose it eg. lower centre of gravity,or gain it more weight over back wheels
