Thankyou michael, Andy unfortunately read this last night and to say he was upset was an understatement, we race every weekend as previously stated in other threads, we have to be absolutlely 110% in everything we do and stand by that wholeheartedly, what happened over the weekend totally baffled us, bearing in mind Paul had the good grace of pre-warning us after heat 1 why oh why would I go to heat 2 without absolutely checking and re-checking the situation, you just wouldn't and that shocked us more than anything !

There will ALWAYS be a SMALL number of people we will never please or will be pleased for us....there was over 8 drivers excluded at Shennington throughout the various races inc high seeded drivers yet no mention of any of them, again what Big Joe and potless seem to forget is there is a kid at the centre of this, would I ever do this to theirs.....NEVER....we accept that unfortunately this is part and parcel of the karting fraternity and there will always be people waiting to throw anything our way at any given opportunity.

I have done as much as I can in trying to explain in finite detail the circumstances including my conversations with Jean yesterday and John of JAG this morning and John hopes to issue a statement pertaining to this clutch issue very soon, he believes there will be a change/insertion to the ruling re; dry/wet clutches ON THE NEW CLUTCH ONLY suggesting that wetness/lubricant WILL be present but has NO PERFORMANCE BENEFITING ENHANCEMENT WHATSOEVER!
