Our Mychron4 has recently developed a fault.

It no longer recognises the external 12V battery when connected. The battery lead is OK as is the 12V battery. In addition, when connected to the 12V battery, even though not recognised, the Mychron is pulling 1.5 to 2 amps from the battery.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Does anyone repair Mychrons in this country or should I take it back to KKC to send back to AIM?
