then you would know that forgetting your licence incurs a Ł50 fine if you are allowed to race at all and that's after satisfying the MSA Steward, not the Club or the Comps Sec that you have an up to date and in tact licence in the 1st place!

I'd go one further and sa there are too many people who don't produce Club Membership Cards either and are too often let off, they should be made to join the Club that they're at if they can't prove they belong to another!

Regs are clear, stop blaming & bemoaning others for what is clearly your fault and your mistake!
