At the end of the day there are far to many variables to take into account. No motor would be EXACTLY the same as another. Even if the barrel is cnc machined, that is just the barrel you are looking at and who's to say that if the 09 barrel is more precise in maintaining equality through the manufacturing procedure that there will be no differences in cranks,casings carbs etc.
At some point the the tooling for the cnc will be replaced then they will be different again.
The Only way to really know what is best is to take it apart an measure everything hence a fiched motor.
