Push starting is really easy after a few goes at it, especially when you have the adrenaline flowing during a race.

When the engine is hot, it should start within a few paces of pushing.

Be ready to jump in QUICK! the kart can accelerate very fast when restarted!

If your hot engine does not go within a few paces then you need to check your carb is set-up correctly and you have a good spark.

Anyway, keep practicing, and perhaps get down the gym :)
