Yes..... however.....

I assume we are racing! On that basis, if you choke before you are into the braking area, then you have handed the PERFECT overtaking opportunity to the man behind you as you will be SLOWING before the braking area...... and SURELY...... you do NOT want to be doing THAT!

The choking-while-braking menas that you can get ALL the benefits while losing no time at ALL! The early-throttle-stab to 'clear' the motor is essential if you want to:-

* use throttle-steering in the corner
* exit the corner as quickly as you can.
