Just from what you have said about your set up aswell, in my opinion you really want full castor to giv the front end more bite, and in the wet i would recommned 2mm toe out just to give you a little more turn in, but like everything test them as it may no suit your driving style, and 6.5 hours isnt alot, but if you have a doubt about exactly how much the engine has done then yes get it checked over and rebuilt if needed.
