Hi Ian

I use 10-40 generally. sometimes SAE 30

It really doesn't matter. The important thing is to drain and refill after each meeting. Steve Ogden recommends 35ml. So that is what I do.

A 60 ml syringe is a simple way to add the 35 ml.

This is much simpler than checking the level with the overflow plug.
