I'm constantly looking at ways to reduce costs and constantly discussing them through the ABkC Steering Group, The Club Working Group and the Direct Drive Working Group. I have many chats with Simon Goodfellow and Steve Chapman and we're always looking ways to improve things including costs, some are workable some we have to accept are not, but we don't get mardy and take our bat and ball home we just keep looking for better ways!

The problems are always obvious, the solutions rarely are!

People say silly things like we're not listening! Not true, we're just not agreeing! Subtle difference! I've never not known a good idea not to be explored!

Ok so you said good ideas are ignored, suggest a good idea for cost reduction?
