Thanks for all information on the ZIP, I believe that Zip do a 'Lite' kit which can reduce the weight by 3KG.
I would love to know the weight of the Tony Kart Rocky?

My issue is that my son has done 6 race meetings, he is 11 and weighs 46Kg in suit, helmet etc. So in his Wright Garda he is 102KG.

I have mixed advice so far, some say keep in cadets for as long as possible, others are advising me to get him into minimax asap. My feeling is if I keep him in Cadet his weight increase may mask any improvements.
