great advice - Im sure poor old boon's reaching for the rope right now.
Its true motor racing is a rich mans sport - most of the top drivers biggest talent is they have loadsa money.
If you want to know youre next step, now youve found you have talent and no money - think laterally.
Circle in the right area within motorsport and with people that have lots of money. (loads of it)
Learn how to ask for money, get backing and give sponsors a thrill. Learn about race mechanics to do the work yourself (maybe others). Dont give up - no matter how many times you get rejected.
Most important - enjoy the ride - dont worry if you look back at a stack of cups on the wall knowing you could've raced higher up IF you had the breaks. If you can find a mentor all the better.
There are a lot of race programs looking for talented races - KNOW THEM ALL. aim for them. Study every aspect of motorsport all the time, work in the industy if you can.
good luck
