Buy the correct puller.

Seeing as it's a Max, you will need it again!

When you get it, post a message and I'll give you a couple of tips.

Alternatively, email me alan@anita.co.uk or alanrr@tiscali.co.uk

Don't try using a pry bar as you will damage the crank and they're not cheap.

The plate is torqued on at 100 Nm so it's bloody tight and there will be thread lock on it too.
