I don't follow the advice to run 'lean'. I would run SLIGHTLY rich if anything to increase the lubrication and cooling! Why do you advise the opposite, Buzzin?

However the BIGGEST killer of engines is REVS! A 'rule of thumb' says, cutting your Max-Rebs by 1,000 will DOUBLE the life of your engine. So DELIBERATELY over-gear (too small DRIVEN sprocket) so that peak revs stop at around 14,000 to 14,500.
