Generally a glass burette will over read by 0.1 to 0.2cc in 11cc compared to a digital burette.
I`m not sure why Talko see the need to increase the volume to 11.6cc. It could quite easily have been left at 11 given that the digital burette will typically read a lower result anyway. This could necessitate a new head on the engine where the cc is presently close to 11, the exhaust port is already high, and the head is already machined to maximum fiche. I suggest you lobby AT to leave the fiche as is.
