Stiggish...

Entry fees = Ł100/weekend
Tyres = Ł110/weekend (+ Ł130 set of wets, if you're lucky with the weather might last the season)
Petrol/oil (racing) = Ł20-25/weekend
Petrol (transport and generator) = Ł50 (of course depending on vehicle and distance travelled)
Sundries = Ł30 (including consumables like carb/brake cleaners, WD40, human fuel)
Spares = Ł30/weekend (averaged over the whole season to take in account sprockets, chains, brake pads/fluid, spark etc.)
Accidental expenses = Ł0 (if you're lucky, otherwise the sky is your limit)

Total = Ł365

The above assumes (as mentioned in original) the existence of a full racing outfit and doesn't include Race License and yearly Club Membership, but does take in account member entry rates! It also assumes the existence of all Pit accommodation (transport to and from the track and awning).

I just finished a season at Dunkeswell and as a one man band with occasional family in tow and the odd overnight stay in the nearby Travelodge I averaged around the above figure. Do take in consideration that Dunkeswell doesn't eat tyres as other tracks do, old tyres are performing better! That's a lot of money saved on rubber!

Hope it helps! Don't be put off by the above figure, it is a realistic one and it is better you go in with a reasonable idea rather than buy all the stuff and then realise you can't even last two rounds!
