Just wondering if any body is still having Tryton problems with cadets?

I have been running a tilly for the past few months as i couldn't get the trytons to work propaly, now i thought i'd give a Tryton another try after fully rebuilding it and again it just keeps failing.

First off all, did 3 laps, come in & it failed to start again, eventualy, stressed out, got it going however it was just stalling when put under pressure of the kart. After tuning the carb around and getting it started again and running, a few laps later, comes in, again fails to start (by this time i am really stressed), however took airbox off give it full throttle & it eventualy started. Sent him out again & what do you konw he comes in complaning that now there's now no top end power and around 5 sec off the pace.

As you can probably imagine i have had it to my back teeth with this carb but as the tilly is going at the end of the year i have to get a tryton to work.

Is there any magic fix out there?
