Random question but I'm looking to get back into the karting scene after many years away due to college, uni, job etc and have sorted out doing a track day somewhere just to see if i still have "it".

Problem is I dont have any race suits or helmets that still fit or are still eligible I believe, and I'm unsure of how strict places like Whilton Mill or Shenington are nowadays, with helmets especially. Does anybody know what the rules are for a midweek test session or have any pointers of where I can go just to borrow/hire some for one day? I don't want to spend out a lot of money for something that may only be used once...

Really excited about getting back in the seat although the girlfriend and my bank balance are probably not as keen... :D
