Always been an issue for me and one of the most non policed blatant cheating in karting.

In the first round of S1 OK there was a driver that was dead last on the starting grid but crossed the line 10 places higher at the start? Nothing done even though the timing picks up grid position and the position of every kart crossing the start line.

The drivers can wave their arms in the air as much as they like but they will never restart, in my experience.
