There's warming an engine up, and then there is revving the nuts out of an engine deafening everyone!.........This really boils my Pish and did so at the NKF meeting at Rowrah a few weeks ago. So much so that I had a word with the lad, reminding him what the Clerk of the course had told everyone at the driver briefing.
My point is: Some people think they are above the rules!
