Most likely cause is thrown chain and not checked at crank at time, second cause is bad building practices when removing crank pin damaging crank pin bore then rebuilding , the crank will soon move under use. Crank rebuild run out spec 0.025 mm max, TAG engine end float 0.20/0.25mm
