Loosing wheels at MSA meetings

Most meetings kart wheels are seen flying across the track, either come loose or axles failing.
Yet nothing is done by MSA , its not even on their radar. Last Sunday at Clay at Billies a complete wheel & hub came off a kart, bounced over the barrier and damaged my parked car, what concerns me it that a lot of spectators stand there, this potentially could have killed someone. The SENIOR driver responsible could not understand why his lock nut had unscrewed and come off causing the accident.
3 issues here, 1, Scrutineers are not doing their job when checking karts properly at pre race or on the grid, 2 Many karting drivers and mechanics are incompetent at fitting wheels correctly. 3. Components are failing with misuse or over use.

Wake up MSA you govern this sport of karting, why wait till something catastrophic occurs ?
