All the engines are equal, with a tolerance. That's the reality of manufacturing, we don't live in some utopia where engines can be produced within a millionth of a second of eachother.
Reducing tolerances can increase cost exponentially so the engines are produced to give an acceptable level of equality at an acceptable price. I'm sure Tal ko could make them closer but the price would increase.
People here seem to think that they can take engines produced using the same tooling in the same factory and take them away, give them to 50 different builders and somehow make them even more equal. This is fantasy and in the real world the opposite would happen. This is motorsport, money will always buy the best kit and all you can do is limit that as much as you can, which is what the TKM and X30 regs are designed to achieve.
