the actual questions are easy, but the way they ask them catches out kids, as it did my 8 year old son, whereby they are 3 off multiple-choice answers, and its easy for a young kid to pick the wrong one..........fortunately the ARKS examiner did have some compassion and when he verbally asked my boy he got the question right.........get your son used to seeing 3 possible answers, but picking the correct one.
Do this with flags, flags waved or stationary - what does this imply?...... driving situations, clothing, where to stop on the track or in the pit lane, contact, kerbing, and so on.
Driving wise he just needs to drive to achieve the lap-time in a visibly safe and aware manner showing competence and common sense, not outright speed!
