Maybe you should re-read what I have said - you will find it falls inline with the majority of peoples view on this thread. Quote from SimonS "And, as pointed out, this isn't a first offence the driver has racked up a series of non-technical penalties and the MSA warning. Which may suggest that this driver regularly makes contact with other drivers." Quote from Banzai Boy "Agreed.. It's pretty hard to get 3 infringements in a year."
You get 3 warnings, and then a ban. Like Chris said, even if the last one is for the wrong reasons, it is the drivers fault for building up all the others before it for him to even get to that stage where he was a warning away from a ban. And as we have said, it is unlikely all the other warnings were wrongly imposed too. Quote from Richydehav "It would need 3 penalties in 12 months followed by another penalty in the next 3 months. Bad luck if all these are incorrect decisions!"
I am not sure how you cannot see that or anything we are all saying to you as constructive. Maybe if you don't like the answer to your question, you shouldn't have asked in the first place? I am sorry if you thought you would get more support on this, but time and again (on this forum in particular) we get fed up of bad driving going unpunished - this rule is a good move from the MSA and will hopefully act as a deterrent in the future for drivers that persistently break the rules and cause trouble. In fact, if more of these warnings were handed out at the start of races, we may have been able to avoid the standing starts we now have to endure! :)
