The proposed regulation seems a bit vague as to whether the class minimum weight of 135kg, or the actual weight of the kart/driver combination will be used.

38.6kg driver weight only works if the class minimum is used. If the real world kart and driver 'end of race' weight is used then the driver will need to be a bit heavier.

No doubt different scrutineers will have different interpretations.
