SimonS, thanks for that clarification. I'm not familiar with Dunkeswell so didn't get that from the initial post. I agree it is a good initiative and suspect you may be correct that applying discipline in this area may well lead to greater discipline elsewhere.

diy71, I'm familiar with the thread you are referring to and agree that Simon's view on the matter in that thread made some sense, however it's not backed up by what's written in the rule books. I don't think he ever claimed they were the rules, it was just his opinion at the time.
