Yes I did thanks, Roy is very helpful.

After a few more attempts we seemed to solve it, the tiny bubbles in the master cylinder are quite common apparently, to do with the 2 seals and the way they behave or something. Aslong as there are no bubbles coming out of the calliper it is all good. And finally we have no bubbles coming out of the calliper, thank god! We shall find out for sure when we hit the track this weekend! Finger crossed.
